Welcome!
I’m Rachel.
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist
I specialize in comprehensive and individualized neuropsychological and neurodevelopmental testing for children, adolescents and young adults.

My Specialties
I have an adult niche evaluating for developmental diagnoses, such as Autism and ADHD and I can see children as young as toddlers.
I have specialized training and expertise in:
Neurodiversity affirming Autism evaluations
ADHD
Dyslexia (Reading Disorders)
Dysgraphia (Writing Disorders)
Dyscalculia (Math Disorders)
twice exceptional and gifted children
mood (anxiety, depression) and behavioral disorders.
I also have training in working with children with complex developmental profiles, including medical/genetic conditions and/or developmental trauma.
Personalized Care Centered on
RESPECT + UNDERSTANDING.
I am able to specialize in so many areas because of my approach. I believe that everyone deserves respect and that respect is best shown to children by letting them introduce themselves to me and being sensitive to the varied ways that they communicate about their needs.
I take a child led approach to assessment, while always keeping the standardized assessment needs in mind. I want to know your child and your family’s needs and questions to individualize an approach that serves you best.

A LITTLE PEAK
Behind the Scenes
I like to say that I have worked in every environment, which allows me to offer more than a traditional neuropsychological evaluation.
Here’s how:
I collaborate and coordinate with outpatient providers, school teams, tutors, and anyone else who may be part of your child’s support network. This not only helps me expand my referral network for warm handoffs to the right person but also keeps me learning about different perspectives and approaches to education and intervention.
I am an expert in my field, but I’m even more experienced because I take the time to listen to everyone’s story and perspective.
For seven years, I worked in the Advocating Success for Kids (ASK) program at Boston Children’s Hospital. There, I conducted neuropsychological and neurodevelopmental assessments for children ages 1-14 and supported advocacy by attending special education meetings and providing direct referrals to providers as needed.

This was when I realized that testing could be so much more than just assessments, report writing, and parent feedback.
My Story
In 2014, I launched my private practice. As it grew, I started my own family and transitioned to part-time work closer to home. I began working in a local public school while continuing to build my practice. Over the years, I’ve consulted with numerous independent and public schools.
During graduate school, I gained experience on the administrative and insurance side of an assessment practice, while training in various local public schools and residential programs.
This diverse experience allows me to offer informed, first-hand guidance on assessment options across different settings—whether hospital-based with insurance, private pay, or school-based. My goal is for you to find the best fit, even if that’s not with me.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two children, and our three dogs—especially outdoors hiking, swimming, and exploring.
